Bulletproof Coffee

I have converted many people who said they could never drink their coffee without cream or sugar to Bulletproof Coffee! It’s so frothy, creamy, and delicious! 

1 cup of hot GOOD coffee

1 Tbsp MCT Oil or High quality Coconut Oil

1 Tbsp Grass-fed Butter or Grass-fed Ghee

2 Scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (Optional, but a great source of protein, especially for nursing mamas!) 

1. Pour hot coffee into blender. 
2. Stir in your butter or ghee.
3. Add MCT Oil and Collagen Peptides.
4. Blend for 30 seconds.
5. Pour into mug and enjoy the frothy goodness!

Note: If you’re really needing a little sweetness, add a drop of doTERRA’s Cinnamon oil, sprinkle some cinnamon on top, or add a drop of vanilla if that’s your thing!
