Get your kids involved in the kitchen and let them each take turns dumping ingredients into the blender. Sit your little guys up on the counter so they can be in on the action and give your older ones “bigger” tasks like pouring the almond milk in or operating the blender. It’s a great way to include your kiddos on your wellness journey!
Blueberry Lemon Smoothie
2 cups Almond Milk
Handful of Spinach
1 Tbsp Chia Seed
1 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
2 scoops Vanilla or Vegan doTERRA Trim Shake
1-2 drop Lemon Essential Oil
Serves 2 or one meal replacement.
Mix all ingredients in blender, pour in cups, and let the whole family enjoy!

This next one is a delicious and a great alternative to a milkshake when you’re craving sweets!
Chocolate Cherry Smoothie
2 cups Almond Milk
Handful of Spinach
1/2 cup Frozen Cherries
Tbsp Chia Seed
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
2 scoops Chocolate Trim shake or
2 scoops Vegan Trim Shake + 1 Tbsp Cacao powder (dairy free and vegan)
Mix all ingredients in blender, pour in cups, and let the whole family enjoy!
